My Background
I use many different mediums, such as the floor, trapeze, silks, chains hoop, other bodies, and invented apparatuses such as the triangle. Anywhere we move is the medium.

I have a traditional dance background with an emphasis on ballet technique. This developed into an interest in yoga, Pilates and other restorative practices including meditation. I utilize my 30 plus years of movement into my aerial practice as I am still learning and growing my personal practice.

I enjoy being in nature as much as possible and my style is directly influenced by the contrast of wilderness and safety found in nature. I am also inspired by community and the relationships and bonds forged from chaos, love, affinity and beyond.
